First Time Grandparents: Congratulations to Lt Colonels Sheryl and Stephen Jarvis on the safe arrival of their first grandchild, Harlow Rose Jarvis Branks. Harlow was born in Auckland on Saturday 9 March 2024, weighing 7lb 7oz (3.5 kgs). We join with her parents Ashleigh-Rose and Samuel Branks, and grandparents Lt Colonels Sheryl and Stephen Jarvis, as they celebrate the birth of Harlow, and pray God’s blessing on them all. 

Conclusion of Appointment: Effective 6 May 2024, Majors Anne and Peter Lewis will conclude their appointment in retirement as Planting Officers, Pacific Coast Mission. We thank Majors Anne and Peter for their faithful service and pray God’s blessing on them as they enter into retirement. Following their retirement, the Pacific Coast Mission will be under Divisional Oversight until further advised.

Promotion to Glory: Major Rafael Aspeitia, retired officer of United States Western Territory, was promoted to Glory on Thursday 22 February 2024. Majors Rafael and Raewyn Aspeitia served in New Zealand and will be known by many. Please uphold Rafael’s wife Raewyn and family in prayer at this time of grief and loss.

Bereavement: Mele Tuimana, the sister of Cadet Elina Palu, passed away in Auckland on 29 February 2024.  We ask you to uphold Cadets Elina and Sateki Palu, and other family members in your prayers in this time of grief and loss.

Jieni Uludole, the mother of Captain Peniasi Torocake, passed away on 3 March 2024, from Fiji, aged 74 years. We ask you to uphold in prayer Captains Peniasi and Tavaita Torocake, and their extended family at this time of grief and loss.
