International Service Appointment: Effective 1 July 2024, Major Nigel Luscombe will take up the appointment of IHQ International Auditor based in New Zealand. Please pray for Major Nigel Luscombe as he prepares to take on his new appointment responsibilities, while also continuing as Military Chaplain, NZ Army Reserve Force.
Promotion to Glory: Major Jewel Robb was promoted to glory on 21 April 2024 from Porirua, aged 83 years. Jewel entered The Salvation Army Training College on 19 February 1963 in the ‘Heroes of Faith’ session and was commissioned on 18 January 1964. Please uphold in prayer Jewel’s daughters Lynley and Delwyn, and their families, along with extended family members, at this time of grief and loss.
Bereavement: Hemi Manuera Pomare, the father of Captain Hana Seddon, was promoted to Glory in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland), on 12 May 2024. We ask you to uphold in karakia/prayer Captain Hana Seddon and her whānau at this time of grief and loss.
